1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on rpvio3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. rpvio3 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Age verification is mandatory through our KYC process.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed and operated to serve the Indonesian market.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close relative thereof of rpvio3 or any affiliated company.
• You must not be listed on any government watchlist, sanctions list, or financial exclusion register.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by the Operator.

3. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identification document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), date of birth, address, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your login details with any other person. rpvio3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

• Account registration is free of charge.
• The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.
• Accounts created using false identities, VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or third-party payment methods not registered in the User's own name will be terminated.
• All communications from rpvio3 will be sent to the email address provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure this address remains valid and accessible.

4. KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement before a User may process withdrawals or access enhanced platform features. rpvio3 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to a first withdrawal, or upon detection of unusual account activity.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older, derived from the identity document submitted above.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph of the bank account passbook, ATM card (showing name and partial account number), or e-wallet account screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: For high-volume accounts, rpvio3 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds (e.g., payslip, bank statement, business income documentation).

KYC documents are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed on the next available business day. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or borrowed identity documents is a criminal offense and will result in permanent account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rpvio3 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits. Currency conversion is not offered.

5.1 Deposits

rpvio3 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to the account within five minutes of confirmed bank receipt. rpvio3 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the verified rpvio3 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment channel and time of request.
• rpvio3 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large withdrawals, which may extend processing times.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method must complete the minimum wagering activity defined in Clause 6 before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Unused bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

rpvio3 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, free bets, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to qualifying bets for bonus wagering purposes. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• rpvio3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of abuse, technical error, or regulatory change.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived Funds.
• Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible for any promotional offer.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on rpvio3 are subject to the specific rules governing each product category. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.1 Sportsbook

Sportsbook markets — including Asian handicap, mix parlay (accumulator), Over/Under, and live in-play betting on football leagues such as BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League — are governed by the Operator's published sportsbook rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where explicitly permitted by the Platform. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the Operator's posted rules for that market.

7.2 Togel & Lottery

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — including Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau — are settled using official results published by the corresponding lottery authority in each jurisdiction. Results are final once published. rpvio3 does not operate or influence the draw process.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified studio partners are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the round result is determined by the state of the game at the point of disconnection as recorded by the provider's server. The Operator's records are the authoritative reference for settling disputed rounds.

7.4 Slots & Electronic Games

All slot and electronic game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game-specific Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel. Theoretical RTP figures are calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

rpvio3 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Any winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be adjusted to the maximum limit. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant product section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rpvio3. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and potential legal action:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which you have placed wagers.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users, Platform staff, or game providers to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through technical errors will be voided.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment fraud as described in Clause 5.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior directed at Platform staff or other Users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rpvio3 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, text, software, data compilations, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any Platform content without prior written authorization from the Operator.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Using any automated data-collection tools (scrapers, crawlers, spiders) to extract content from the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of rpvio3 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the User's license and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by rpvio3 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data-handling principles include:

• All data transmissions are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
• Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable legal obligations.
• rpvio3 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organizations.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Responsible Gaming

rpvio3 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Users. We provide a suite of account-management tools to help Users stay in control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rpvio3 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform, including server downtime, maintenance windows, or third-party payment gateway outages beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data service providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of rpvio3 to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rpvio3 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Suspension & Termination

rpvio3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance until the balance reaches zero. Users will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

Upon termination for cause, the Operator reserves the right to confiscate all Funds in the account. Upon voluntary closure by the User, all verified Funds net of outstanding wagering commitments will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpvio3 holds its international gaming license. The Operator operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and applies globally accepted standards for player protection, anti-money laundering (AML), and responsible gaming compliance.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body as designated by the Operator's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indonesian law to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

15. Amendments

rpvio3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will notify registered Users via the email address on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. rpvio3 recommends that you check this page each time you log in to ensure you remain informed of the current terms governing your use of the Platform.
